NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) TO ALTER THE CONSTITUTION OF

SHOOTERS NETBALL CLUB INC.

Shooters are convening an AGM at which the following resolution/s will be proposed as special resolutions to alter the constitution of the Club.

The meeting will be held:
Date: Friday September 23, 2016
Time: 7pm
Venue: AMF Bowling Morley, 176 Walter Road Morley.

The constitution for adoption can be found under the "Forms" tab at www.shootersnetball.org.au.

INFORMATION for MEMBERS
:-) Alterations can only be made if supported by 75% of members voting at the meeting or by proxy
:-) Alterations only take effect when lodged with the Department of Commerce.
